Underground Parking Garage

The garage is managed by Laz Parking. Tenants can purchase validation coupons by contacting the office at 303.291.1111 or requesting by e-mail at 1515parking@lazparking.com. Parking is available in the three-level underground garage on both a monthly and visitor basis.  The parking garage entrance is located on Lawrence Street on the right hand side between 15th & 16th Street. The parking garage has a 6'6" maximum vehicle clearance height and lower clearances exist throughout the garage and are marked. If assistance is needed in the garage, call buttons are located on the columns marked "Assistance" by the Tower 1 and Tower 3 elevators on each level of the garage as well as the cashier booth.

Visitor and daily parking rates are $2.00 each 12 minutes, daily maximum is $18.00. Friday (after 5:00p.m.) - Saturday (all day) $10.00. Sunday and evening rate after 5:00p.m. is $6.00. Early Bird Rate is $10.00 and in order to receive this rate you must be in by 8:30a.m. and out after 3:00p.m. Early Bird parking is on a first come, first servce basis. There are designated parking spaces located on P3 for the Early Bird program.

Monthly parking rates are currently $195/month for un-reserved spaces, $205/month for non-tenant and $250/month for reserved spaces.
